SERVICES / COMPANIES / Company incorporation
We take care of everything: name reservation, articles, signing before a notary by video call, Commercial Registry registration, final tax ID and initial registrations. You only sign.
Incorporating a company means several chained formalities before different bodies. We do all of them for you, in one flow:
Valid Spanish DNI or NIE of each shareholder and director. Maximum 4 signatories per video call.
We help anyone who doesn't have one.
Desired name (we reserve it for you), registered office, activity, capital and who will manage it.
They sign by video call like everyone else, as long as they hold a valid Spanish DNI or NIE.
The deed is signed within 48–72 h of receiving your documentation and payment, which is what starts the procedure. Being filed electronically, the Commercial Registry usually registers it within another 24–48 h. Within a week you can have the company registered with its final tax ID.
Since the Crea y Crece Act, €1. But until you reach €3,000 you must allocate 20% of annual profit to the legal reserve and, if the company cannot cover its debts, shareholders are liable up to that amount. We advise on the most suitable capital for your case.
Every company needs at least one director and, as a rule, they must pay Spanish self-employed contributions as a company director. If you will be director of your own S.L.U., yes. We explain it before signing and handle the initial registration.
Yes. Each shareholder signs by video call from wherever they are, as long as they hold a valid Spanish DNI or NIE. We cannot serve shareholders without a Spanish ID document.
Name reservation, drafting of articles, signing before a notary, tax settlement, Commercial Registry registration, provisional and final tax ID (NIF) and the initial registrations with the tax agency and Social Security. Ongoing tax obligations are handled by your accountant.
Yes. By default we use standardised articles that speed up registration; if your project needs specific clauses (shareholders' agreement, ancillary obligations, etc.), we draft them to measure.
From the signing of the deed and the provisional tax ID you can open the company bank account, hire and invoice. The final tax ID arrives with Commercial Registry registration, usually within 24–48 h.
Minimum one; with a single shareholder you set up an S.L.U. Our video-call service allows a maximum of 4 signatories, so if there are more of you, ask us first.
Our quote is fixed and includes notarial fees and our own fees. Commercial Registry fees are paid by the client directly to the Registry through its Virtual Wallet system; we tell you the amount and guide you through the payment. Taxes due by the company are also excluded.
Adults holding a valid Spanish DNI or NIE and a digital certificate. We cannot serve clients without a Spanish ID document. Each procedure allows a maximum of 4 signatories.
Yes, to sign electronically. If you don't have one, we help you obtain it before your appointment.
Electronically, with a Secure Verification Code (CSV) and full legal validity. You can download it, print it and present it wherever you need.
