What is Tu Notaría Online?

We are a platform that connects clients with registered Spanish notaries and handles the procedure digitally under Law 11/2023, which allows notarial documents to be signed electronically by video call.

Who can use the service?

Adults holding a valid Spanish DNI or NIE. We cannot serve clients without a Spanish ID document. Each video-call procedure allows a maximum of 4 signatories.

Who signs my documents?

Always a notary registered in Spain, the only professional authorised to perform notarial functions. We take care of the technical and administrative process.

Is it legal and secure?

Yes. Signing takes place on the Portal Notarial del Ciudadano, the official platform of the Consejo General del Notariado, with certified identification and electronic signature, in full compliance with GDPR.

Can I do it from abroad?

Yes. The video call can take place anywhere with an internet connection. If the document will be used outside Spain, we arrange the apostille.

Do I need a digital certificate?

Yes, it's required to sign. If you don't have one, we help you obtain it before the appointment.

How long does it take?

Within 24 hours of receiving your documentation and payment we confirm the day and time of your appointment; the video call takes place on the agreed date. The electronic document is usually delivered within 24 hours of signing.

How do I receive the document?

Electronically, with a Secure Verification Code (CSV) and full legal validity. You can download it, print it and present it to any authority.

What if I have questions during the procedure?

Our team is available by WhatsApp and email throughout, and accompanies you on the video call.
