2. Nature of the service

Tu Notaría Online is not a notary's office and does not provide notarial services. We act as technical and administrative intermediaries between the client and registered Spanish notaries, who authorise the documents and are responsible for the notarial acts carried out through the official platform of the Consejo General del Notariado (Portal Notarial del Ciudadano), under Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May.

Our services include prior advice, drafting, arranging the appointment with the notary, obtaining the digital certificate and, where applicable, the Hague Apostille and bilingual drafting. The notarial intervention is governed by Spanish notarial law and official fee schedules.

3. Terms of use

Accessing and using the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal notice, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Returns and refunds policy. You agree to use the Site lawfully and to provide accurate information in the forms.

To contract our services you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity and hold a valid Spanish DNI or NIE. Each video-call procedure allows a maximum of four signatories.

4. Contracting and prices

A procedure is requested through the website form. After reviewing your case we email a fixed quote that always includes our fees and the applicable notarial fees. Any other item (Hague Apostille, bilingual drafting or other optional services) is expressly itemised in the quote. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote and pay the stated amount.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site's contents (text, design, logos, images, code) belong to DIGITAL ADVISORY SOLUTIONS LLC or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited. Third-party marks and logos (Trustpilot, WhatsApp) belong to their respective owners.

We work to keep the Site's information accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. Published information is for guidance only and does not constitute individual legal advice; each procedure is assessed and quoted individually.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
