Returns and refunds policy

1. Scope

This policy governs cancellations and refunds of services contracted from DIGITAL ADVISORY SOLUTIONS LLC (Tu Notaría Online). Notarial fees already incurred are governed by notarial regulations and are outside our control.

2. Full refund

You are entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid, less only the payment-gateway fees associated with the transaction, if all of the following apply:

The request is made within 7 days of payment.
The procedure has not started: we have not yet scheduled the appointment with the notary.
No video call or consultation with the notary has taken place.

3. Procedure not feasible

If, after reviewing your case, the notary declines the procedure or it cannot be carried out electronically, we refund 100% of the amount paid with no deduction.

4. No refund

No refund is due in any of the following circumstances:

The appointment with the notary has already been scheduled.
The draft document has already been prepared and delivered.
The video call or any consultation with the notary has taken place.
The notarial document has already been authorised or issued.
More than 7 days have passed since payment and none of the cases in sections 2 or 3 apply.

5. Appointment issues

If the notary cannot hold the scheduled appointment for reasons beyond your control, you may choose between a new appointment at no extra cost or a full refund.
If you miss the video call without giving at least 24 hours' notice, you may request a new appointment subject to a €25 administration surcharge.

6. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without justification. However, by asking us to begin the service before that period ends (drafting or scheduling the appointment) you expressly agree that, once started, you lose the right of withdrawal in respect of the part performed, under Art. 103(a) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

7. How to request a refund

Write to legal@tunotariaonline.org or WhatsApp +34 623 463 374 with your name, procedure reference and reason. We will resolve your request within 7 days and, where applicable, refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method (Stripe).
