Tu Notaría Online was founded in 2023, when Spanish Law 11/2023 came into force, so that anyone can execute notarial documents by video call with the same security as in an office. We are the technical and administrative bridge between you and the notary.

Registered notaries, official platform
Every signature takes place through the Portal Notarial del Ciudadano, the platform of the Consejo General del Notariado. The notary verifies your identity, reads the document to you and authorises the electronic signature. We prepare the paperwork, arrange your digital certificate and accompany you right up to the video call.
