Signing before a notary by video call has been part of Spanish law since 2023. A registered notary verifies your identity, reads the document to you and authorises it with the same validity as in their office.

Identification with a qualified digital certificate, live. They read the document to you and answer your questions before authorising it.

Encrypted video call, protected data

End-to-end encrypted session. Your data is used only for your procedure, under GDPR, never shared with third parties.

Document verifiable for life

Authorised electronic copy with a Secure Verification Code (CSV), valid before any authority.

If we can't process it, we refund you

If the notary cannot authorise your document or the procedure isn't feasible online, we refund the full amount.

What is Tu Notaría Online?

We are a platform that connects clients with registered Spanish notaries and handles the procedure digitally under Law 11/2023, which allows notarial documents to be signed electronically by video call.

Who can use the service?

Adults holding a valid Spanish DNI or NIE. We cannot serve clients without a Spanish ID document. Each video-call procedure allows a maximum of 3 signatories.

Who signs my documents?

Always a notary registered in Spain, the only professional authorised to perform notarial functions. We take care of the technical and administrative process.

Is it legal and secure?

Yes. Signing takes place on the Portal Notarial del Ciudadano, the official platform of the Consejo General del Notariado, with certified identification and electronic signature, in full compliance with GDPR.

Can I do it from abroad?

Yes. The video call can take place anywhere with an internet connection. If the document will be used outside Spain, we arrange the apostille.

Do I need a digital certificate?

Yes, it's required to sign. If you don't have one, you can obtain a temporary certificate for the signing on the Portal Notarial del Ciudadano itself, via video identification before the video call. We help and guide you through it.
